About the Role
This position will implement best practices around key Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) disciplines. This will include review of organization NOC Service Management dependencies of service principles, processes, roles and performance measurements and to identify areas for improvement as they relate to Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement ITIL processes and procedures to support IT service management
• Develop and maintain service delivery and service support processes
• Review and analyze service management dependencies and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement service management strategies
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management
• ITIL V3 Expert certification
• Strong influencing leadership, presentation and technical write-up skills
• Experience in generating RFP, RFI, RFQs and capacity planning documents
• Ability to judge and recommend pros and cons and cost effectiveness of the solution provided
• Ability to perform duties and responsibilities even when under pressure
