• Handle transactions accurately and process payments efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience, fostering a positive and productive team dynamic.
• *Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar industry, with a strong track record of sales performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
