About the Role
Mace Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our project management consultancy, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-profile projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Project Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate project activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Ensure that all projects are delivered in a safe and healthy manner, with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
• Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or construction.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Visa Requirements: Must meet the necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
