About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Associate Director Mechanical to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our multidisciplinary design team, you will play a crucial role in developing a global design management capability for major multi-disciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day operational leadership and management of your respective discipline groups
• Participate in the overall operational management of the KSA business
• Manage project delivery, people management, and technical excellence
• Support the Country Manager with business planning, work winning, client relationship management, commercial and financial management, recruitment, and resource management
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years postgraduate experience in a similar Project/Design Management consultancy role or relevant design field
• Honours Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Chartered Engineer and full Member of appropriate industry body (CIBSE IMechE, MICE, IET, IStructE)
