About the Company:
Helex Asia is seeking a seasoned private equity professional to lead the establishment of our Saudi operations. As a key strategic priority, we are looking to invest in Saudi and are building a team of 3-4 people to support this initiative.
The Role:
We are offering a unique opportunity for a Director or SVP to shape our private equity investments in Saudi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, executing, and creating value in our investments across the healthcare, education, consumer, and technology sectors.
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of total work experience, with at least half in the GCC, preferably in Saudi.
• At least 4 years of experience in private equity, with VC experience being a plus.
• Fluent Arabic and English is a must; please do not apply if your Arabic is not fluent.
• Saudi work experience is highly beneficial.
• Experience across the whole deal lifecycle is a must, from sourcing to execution to value creation to exit.
• Experience in healthcare, education, consumer, F&B, and technology is preferred.
