Director, Corporate Strategy
ReThink Recruitment is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Strategy function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and articulation of our company's vision, mission, and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and planning, with experience in both developed and developing markets. You will be responsible for conducting internal and external strategic analysis, identifying scenarios, and formulating recommendations for our management committee and board of directors.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and articulating our company's vision, mission, and strategy
• Conducting strategic analysis and identifying opportunities and threats
• Formulating recommendations for our management committee and board of directors
• Driving strategy communications and ensuring adoption and alignment
• Developing long-term capability building plans to enable effective execution of strategic recommendations
Requirements include:
• 10+ years of experience in strategy and planning
• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field and MBA required
• Experience in strategy and planning function in a top-tier telecom group or strategy consulting firm is a strong plus
