Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Coordinator and Team Leader to join our team at MasterHR. As a key member of our Telecom business, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading electrical and mechanical projects in the telecom field.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage electrical and mechanical projects in the telecom field, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Lead a team of professionals in electrical and mechanical works, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including design installation, and testing of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination and team leadership in the telecom field.
• Excellent knowledge of telecom power and generator standardization.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel to project sites.
