About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect - Team Lead to join our team at Qvest Digital AG. As a key member of our international project business, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions in the broadcast area.
As a Senior Solution Architect - Team Lead, you will take on project responsibility and implement targets on time and on budget. You will be a strong communicator and bring a deep understanding of current technical solutions and market developments in the broadcast and IT sector.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Assume project responsibility and lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
• Process technically demanding tenders or offers, and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
• Conceive and plan media technical solutions in the area of media, broadcast, and IT, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Perform technical commissioning of AV and IT components, identify and resolve technical issues, and execute acceptance tests
• Act as technical and operational lead of the team, steering them with technical and management skills
• Ensure the entire quality of work performed by the team in a project
Your Profile
• Completed technical studies with several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Deep understanding of modern IT concepts, including virtualization, cloud computing, SOA, web services, microservices, and more
• Confident handling of AutoCAD / Visio, MS Office, and web applications
• Scripting and programming skills, with experience in technical management of international projects
• Good knowledge of project and process management, with a proven track record of success
• High level of personal and soft skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with German and/or Arabic language skills a plus
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
