Job Description
Solsystems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Technology Services Department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through the effective implementation of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Requirements Definition: Develop and implement comprehensive business requirements for digital and enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Requirements Documentation: Create and submit business requirements documents that meet the standards of the Department of Digital and Technical, ensuring clarity and precision in communication.
• Collaboration and Review: Work closely with customer teams to review IT solution specifications, verifying that they meet business needs and expectations.
• Test Case Design: Design and develop test cases that thoroughly cover business requirements, ensuring the quality and reliability of digital solutions.
• UAT Support: Assist the project team in conducting End User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring seamless integration and adoption of digital solutions.
• Business-IT Liaison: Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT, providing clarification and support throughout the software development life cycle.
• Language Skills: Possess the ability to speak and read Arabic, facilitating effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Principal or Manager Business Analysis roles, or 6-8 years of relevant experience for Senior Business Analyst positions.
• Certifications and Skills: Possess skills and certifications in SDLC, Software Development Agile Certified Professional, Scrum Master, Lean Kanban, JIRA, and PMP, among others
