Main Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to users across various locations.
• Manage and monitor IT service desk incidents through a call management system.
• Prioritize and allocate tasks within the IT support team.
• Manage user access to various applications.
• Reset user passwords for multiple applications.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the quality of service and efficiency of processes within the IT service desk.
• Ensure all incidents are handled in accordance with established service level agreements.
• Elevate any issues or outages to the IT service desk manager.
• Participate in a shift rotation.
• May be required to participate in an on-call rotation.
Required Skills:
• Three years of experience in a support role.
• Experience with Windows 11 support and build expertise (both OS and PC hardware).
• Citrix support experience.
• Active Directory experience.
• SCCM experience.
• Exchange account maintenance.
• Incident management skills.
• Experience with a call management system.
• Experience with Office 365.
• Experience with networking, patching, and server support.
Desirable Skills:
• Microsoft certification.
• O365 knowledge.
• Project management skills, including managing small projects from start to finish.
• Windows 10/11 migration experience.
• Avaya telephony skills.
