Job Title: Business Development and Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

The Business Development and Procurement Specialist will play a key role in supporting local and global Partners' efforts to drive revenue growth through the management, distribution, completion, and submission of all incoming Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and tenders in Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement and RFP Management: Monitor, manage, and maintain procurement and RFP platforms to ensure seamless execution of business development activities.
• Client and Partner Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and Partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Opportunity Qualification and Assignment: Qualify incoming opportunities and direct them to the Partners with the right expertise, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Proposal Preparation and Submission: Assist Partners in preparing proposals in a manner appropriate to the target client, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Sales and Business Development Metrics and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report metrics on sales and business development outcomes, extracting insights and suggesting actions to improve performance.
• Candidate Requirements:
• Commercial Mindset: Possess a commercial mindset with a strong understanding of the local business environment and cultural nuances.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and structured manner.
• High Levels of Tenacity: Exhibit high levels of tenacity to see processes through to bid submission.
• Collaboration and Responsiveness: Demonstrate a highly collaborative and responsive approach to work.

Essential Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• CRM and RFP Portal Experience: Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and RFP portals in Saudi Arabia, preferably Etimad.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Relevant Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential
