Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Specialist to join our team at International Hospitals Recruitment Inc. as a Clinical Operations leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our research studies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and research outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership and Management
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinical operations team.
• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve research study goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of research studies.
• Clinical Operations
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of research studies, including site management, data collection, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and research protocols.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, research coordinators, and hospital staff.
• Quality and Performance Improvement
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance research study outcomes and patient care.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the quality improvement team to develop and implement process improvements.
• Education and Training
• Develop and deliver training programs for research staff on clinical operations, research protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing education and support to research staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Communication and Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with research staff, investigators, and hospital staff to ensure seamless execution of research studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with hospital goals and objectives.
Requirements
• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• License
• Current and valid nursing license in the country of residence.
• Skills
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and research protocols
