About the Role
NZOM, a leading consultancy firm in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled individual with extensive experience to fill the position of Enterprise Architecture Expert. If you have a passion for shaping digital strategies and implementing transformative solutions, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and Develop Enterprise Architecture Solutions:
• Focus on Government and semi-Government entities.
• Design Business and Technology Strategy Solutions.
• Shape and develop tailored proposals for clients.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture Initiatives:
• Oversee all deliverables and streams.
• Orchestrate all involved stakeholders.
• Enterprise Architecture Design and Maintenance:
• Develop EA design principles and focus on integration architecture.
• Ensure end-to-end integrations and collaborate with various parties for implementation.
• Review integration designs for completeness.
• EA Blueprint Management:
• Define, implement, and manage EA Blueprints (Target Architecture – Applications, Infrastructure, and Information & Data).
• Establish overall EA standards and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with EA standards and guidelines.
• Maintain key Enterprise Architecture artifacts.
• Knowledge of Saudi Digital Transformation Practices:
• Strong familiarity with Saudi digital transformation practices.
Requirements
• Experience: 10+ years in Information Technology.
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture roles.
• Certifications: TOGAF Certification is highly desirable.
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of EA frameworks such as TOGAF, NORA.
• Practical experience in EA Governance implementation.
• Strong knowledge of EA artifacts and compliance with EA principles & standards.
• Tools: Experience with EA Tools.
• Additional Experience:
• Developing digital transformation plans and roadmaps.
• Project management.
• Implementing enterprise architecture practices
