About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Project Delivery to join one of our clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The client is a leading system integrator in Saudi Arabia, specializing in providing innovative technological solutions to enhance business operations across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for project delivery, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Project Management: Lead and manage a team of project managers and delivery professionals to ensure the successful execution of all projects. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as establishing project timelines and budgets.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects are adequately staffed and resourced to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that all deliverables meet the organization's quality standards and client expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring that potential issues are addressed in a timely manner to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery function, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resources, and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and support teams, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across all aspects of project delivery.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, preferably within the technology or IT services industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region preferred
