Job Overview
Nick is seeking a highly experienced Design Manager to join their team and bolster their current design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a multi-site, multinational team of designers and engineers.
• Lead the design and development of data centre projects, focusing on the interior aspects of the buildings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Nick's designs remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
• At least ten years of relevant commercial experience, primarily within data centres.
• Experience in other relevant industries (hospitals, airports) is also viewed favorably.
• A relevant BSc degree is essential, with further qualifications being a distinct advantage.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills are necessary to manage a multinational team
