About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Developer to join our team at ATÖLYE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships that align with our impact framework.
Your primary responsibility will be to seek out and engage with potential clients and partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and beyond. This will involve igniting new conversations around systemic design challenges, responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) that align with our impact framework, and strategizing with business partners to develop impact-led programs.
You will also be responsible for following through with engagement processes and seamlessly handing over project relationships to our project teams. This is a pivotal role for the future of ATÖLYE, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the world.
About You
• 8+ years of demonstrable relevant experience in professional services or consulting with a proven track record of new business development and client relationship management.
• Masterful storytelling acumen with an appreciation for human-centered design, community-driven organizations, and purpose-driven businesses.
• Project Management experience in consulting or studio set-up is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a feedback culture with excellent collaboration skills in managing multiple leads and client accounts simultaneously.
• Existing relationships with potential clients in KSA (and beyond) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Arabic.
