We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to join our client's team in the aviation sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with proven expertise in managing large-scale projects and programs, driving strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of key initiatives, ensuring coordination and resource optimization
Track program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that program objectives are met and deliverables are achieved
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Requirements:
Saudi National with a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in program management, with a strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on strategic execution
Industry experience in Aviation, Technology, Aerospace, Defense, or related fields is a bonus
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
Key Skills:
• Strong project and program management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Proficiency in risk management and the ability to foresee and mitigate potential project risks
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative and strategic solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with senior leadership and external partners
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across multiple programs
• Adaptability to handle change and drive transformation within the organization
