We are looking for an Legal Metrology in our company.
Description
1. Ensure the compliance & accuracy of all imports/export’s facility metering measurement skids
2. To have the knowledge of the applicable international standards related to the custody measurement transfers such as API measurement standards manual ( American Petroleum institute ) and AGA ( America Gas Association)
3. Provide Technical Consultation regarding performance and utilization of the custody meters, proving systems and reference equipment.
4. Witness meters proving , verifications process at the site for Crude meters / Product meters
5. Develop and maintain Custody Measurement standards and procedures
6. Review project proposals and design based studies for new pipeline metering systems.
7. Investigate ship/shore difference for the Custody Measurement Transfer
8. Evaluate new technologies and industry best practices for turbine/Coriolis/PD meters/ultrasonic/orifice, meter proving measurement
Uncertainty and meter validation.
9. Conduct measurement audits for the custody transfer measurement systems
10. Conduct studies for enhancement of the metering systems and meter proving.
11. Attend FAT and SAT for new custody metering systems, pipeline metering and meter proving systems by small volume prover, uni-directional prover, bi-directional prover, pipe prover & master meters.
12. Monitor, analyze and report the product loss/gain.
13. Conduct awareness sessions for the custody metering and proving systems
14. Develop DPSRs and review scope of work for system enhancement and/or new requests to ensure better control and enhanced performance of metering systems.
15. Develop/ review measurement supply agreements
16. Verify and approve Custody Measurement calibration reports for equipment/ devices
17. Lead special investigations related ship shore differences, analyze all information in case of quantity claim submission
