We are recruiting for Carer Support Workers for Replacement Care in our Ceredigion area. Applicants should reside in the United Kingdom, specifically in Carmarthenshire county. We value diversity in our workforce, and we encourage applications from all sectors of the community.
16 hours per week
We can offer Full or Part time positions, we try to accommodate flexible working hours.
Requirements of our staff:
· Kind-hearted, reliable, compassionate, warm and a ‘people person.’
· A driving licence and your own vehicle is essential as we care for people in the community in their own homes. Car insurance to include for business use.
· No previous experience required all training given.
· Willingness to achieve training requirements and register to Social Care Wales
· Can give guaranteed hours if requested.
· Applicants must be willing to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Your main duties will include:
· To provide support to carers and people with care needs including emotional support.
· Provide and promote personal care
· Carry out domestic tasks

· Mileage - paid at 45p per mile.
· Complete the All Wales Induction Framework and a comprehensive in-house induction, undertaking shadowing with other experienced members of staff before delivering 1:1 care - you will be paid for all training.
· No previous experience is required as full training is provided (free online and face to face training) support given to complete a Health and Social Care qualification.
· Free enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (Immediate start with completed DBS)
