Advanced Nurse Practitioner – GP surgery in Windermere
GP World have an amazing new nursing opportunity as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a GP Surgery in Windermere.
Working times: Monday – Sunday shifts available. 4 – 12 hours shifts (7 Days a week)
Rate: from £40 -£50 per hour. Depending on experience.
To be in for a chance of this fantastic new role, the below documents are required: -
• Degree with evidence of a certificate
• Evidence of the ability to Prescribe if applicable
You will be needed to provide complete episodes of care for patients presenting with a wide variety of health and social care needs.
You will work independently and in conjunction with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat the conditions of patients attending within primary care initiating direct referrals as appropriate.
To manage daily surgery comprising of face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations and telephone triage work.
You will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice.
You need to demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process.
