Cosmetic Efficacy and Claim Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development of our natural cosmetic active ingredients. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team of scientists in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement testing strategies to support claims of natural cosmetic and fragrance ingredients
• Select and manage partners, design efficacy test protocols, and lead efficacy studies
• Drive projects, stakeholders, costs, and time to achieve goals
• Analyze data, create reports, and make claim recommendations
• Present to internal teams, customers, and scientific congress
• Collaborate with marketing team to create communication materials
• Drive IP strategy and participate in international teams and networks
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the IFF Quality Management System
Requirements:
• MSc Biology or Pharmacist - PhD Biology
• 15+ years of experience
• Strong skills in cosmetic ingredients evaluation and claim substantiation
• Knowledge of natural active ingredients and their cosmetics uses
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and drive cross-functional projects
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
