About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Pigier Nice. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our company.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize innovative methods to identify and attract top candidates. This may include leveraging professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Candidate Experience: Develop and implement strategies to create a memorable and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement efficient and effective recruitment processes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and trends.
Requirements
• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital tools and social media platforms to support recruitment efforts.
• Personal Qualities: Curious, creative, and able to think outside the box.
