MENTRY PHARMA is a consultancy enabling foreign companies to enter and grow in the German and Austrian pharmacy market. We don't only list your nutritional supplements, OTC products and pharmaceuticals in pharmacies and online pharmacies but we also connect you with the necessary thought leaders (key opinion leaders) be it doctors, pharmacists, therapists, nutritionist or other professionals in the healthcare industry. It's our declared goal to enable our clients to become the #1 brand in their respective niche.

Due to our continued growth and to further strengthen the brand positioning of our international clients we're looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager with a focus on two key areas: pharmaceuticals & nutritional supplements, i.e. micronutrients and orthemolecular medicine.

Terms like longevity, epigenetics, nutrigenomics, proteomics or bioceuticals can be novel but should not frighten you.

Tasks

You will be equipped with far-reaching competencies In this role you'll reach out to key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the pharmaceutical and nutrition space. The goal is to establish reliable, trustworthy and long-lasting relationships for MENTRY PHARMA and our clients simultaneously. Complementary to the CEO, you will be responsible for areas related to content creation, marketing, customer acquisition and account management. Hence your main tasks will be:
• 360 degree responsibility of setup and implementation of a sustainable KOL network incl. network strategy, i.e.:
• Expansion, initial contact and acquisition of potential key opinion leaders, including doctors, pharmacists, therapists, healthcare organizations and managing directors within the pharmaceutical and supplement industry
• Analysis of the international market for pharmaceuticals and nutritional supplements to recognize opportunities for new partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Close cooperation with our clients and CEO to develop customized strategies for the expansion of their network
• Preparation and implementation of various (content) marketing activities
• Active support of our clients at selected congresses, trade fairs and seminars

Qualifications
• Ability to network with a clear goal in mind
• Genuine interest in pharma and/or nutrition
• Experience in negotiating partnerships and deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, any additional language a plus
