📝 Rquirements:
I expect you to have completed a vocational training program (EBA) in retail (food) or a related field. Ideally, you should have more than two years of professional experience in retail (food). Proficiency in German with very good skills is essential. I would like you to have a passion for fresh products, with preferably some professional experience in this area. You should be ready to work outside of standard hours and enjoy your free time when others are working. Being physically fit is important, as some parcels weigh up to 10 kilograms. A friendly demeanor and a positive attitude toward people are highly valued.
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
In this role, you will pay special attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables, and bread, combating food waste with thoughtful ordering. You will be responsible for ordering, receiving, checking, and shelving fresh products alongside all other goods in your store. It is necessary to correctly implement the store layout guidelines and ensure order and cleanliness both in the store and the warehouse. You will handle the cash register and perform end-of-day reconciliation. As an assistant, you will guide and develop employees, serving as a role model for them.
