Required work experience: 6 years out of which a minimum of 2 years must be within consulting focus on treasury / finance transformation projects management or related experience in managing team in corporate finance, treasury and market risk management practices in large corporations
Employment time: Full time on-site
Job Description & Summary:
As a Manager you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution by managing the challenging projects such as
• Management and modeling of financial risks (commodities, interest, currency, credit, liquidity), optimization of working capital, development, and implementation of operating models of treasury systems, increasing operational efficiency
• Consultations on cash and liquidity management
• Consulting on operating model, financial risk management and hedging strategies
• Transformation and benchmarking projects for treasury and trading operations
• Consultations on hedge accounting
• Reviews of governance, reporting compliance, processes, and controls in treasury processes
• Treasury automation projects
Education Level:
• Bachelor / Master’s degree (Finance, Mathematics, Statistics Economics, Accounting or IT degree)
• CPA/ CMA/ CIMA/CTP certificate as a plus
Experience, knowledge, skills:
• Strong focus on personal & professional growth and development
• Experience in the corporate treasury and corporate finance/financial consulting/banking/financial expertise
• Excellent understanding of the following processes: cash forecasting, credit control, financial risk management/ corporate finance
• Experience in modeling and analysis of financial management reporting
• Understanding of working capital management
• Financial audit experience will be a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Project / team management skills
• Good analytical skills with focus on details, ability and desire to solve complex financial issues
• Ability to multitask
