We invite you to join our team as an Assistant Engineering Manager. In this role, you will support and manage the hotel's maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge, attention to detail, and team management skills. Responsibilities:
• Lead the engineering department in executing various technical tasks for building maintenance, including organizing production, labor, and management.
• Ensure technical oversight and personally handle the most complex projects.
• Conduct periodic technical and economic analysis of the engineering department’s performance and incorporate findings into future work organization.
• Prepare comprehensive justifications for engineering decisions being made and implemented, while continuously seeking opportunities to reduce engineering work cycles and costs.
• Participate in research and project development, as well as in activities related to equipment testing and its implementation, standardization of technical means, systems, processes, equipment, and materials. Review technical documentation and prepare necessary overviews, reviews, and conclusions related to ongoing work.
• Create work schedules, orders, requests, instructions, explanatory documents, maps, diagrams, and other technical documentation, as well as maintain established reporting in approved formats and within deadlines.
• Provide methodological and practical assistance in implementing projects, programs, plans, and contracts.
• Examine technical documentation and oversee the condition and operation of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with established requirements, applicable norms, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
• Technical education in the field of electromechanics.
• Knowledge of technical specifications, design features of developed and used technical means, materials, and their main properties.
• Experience in drafting technical regulatory documentation.
• Preferred experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English.
• Possession of leadership qualities and communication skills.
• Desire to work and grow in the hospitality industry.
