Introduction
Client in the financial services requires a results driven Sales Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth
Expand the customer base
Maintain key client relationships
Identify new business opportunities
Execute sales strategies
Ensure outstanding service delivery
Market and risk analysis, as well as trends identification
Develop sales plans, and territory management
Achieve sales targets
Manage sales pipeline
Cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements
Follow up on leads and enquiries
Address any concerns or objections raised by customers
Report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM
Participate in events, conferences, and networking opportunities for new business development
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Secure meetings with decision makers
Contact companies using competitor products
Provide the correct solution that meets the customer’s needs
Negotiate past objections
Meet weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual new business targets
Use the CRM systems to track leads / interactions / progress / sales pipeline
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct monthly visits to existing clients
Keep customer informed of new products and services
Collaborate with internal teams
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric essential
Computer literate
3 + years' experience in external sales / business development
Able to multitask
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to meet strict deadlines
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Assertive
Confident
Target driven
Valid driver’s
Own vehicle
