Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistic Manager to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and optimize our fleet operations by
coordinating and planning the most effective routes. You will be responsible for all
logistical operations, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to high-quality
standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a
proven ability to manage complex logistical processes in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Allocate and coordinate regional drivers efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a driver register with reserve personnel.
• Monitor and maintain the Transport Management System.
• Oversee route authorizations, vehicle usage, and fuel consumption.
• Coordinate with the scheduling department to allocate vehicles, drivers, and other resources as needed.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure fleet readiness.
• Coordinate with the dispatch department to ensure company resources are transported effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement route plans and fleet allocation strategies.
• Develop and implement contingency plans for unexpected events (e.g., weather disruptions, equipment failure).
• Manage last-minute changes or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Diploma in Logistics Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and fuel management practices.
• Valid Code 10 driver's license with PDP.
• Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
