We have an immediate requirement for an experienced contracts manager to join their team on the development of a major new international airport in Rwanda
The Person
• BSc in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Have min. 15 years post graduate experience preferably with some Airport project experience.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from initial drafting and negotiation to contract execution.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.
• Provide guidance to project teams on contractual matters and support dispute resolution efforts when necessary.
• Proven experience with FIDIC and public sector procurement processes.
• Be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Be Proficient in English language.
