Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Client Administrator with a dual focus on accounting and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while handling both accounting duties and corporate administration. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Administration:
• Manage the daily administrative needs of a portfolio of clients.
• Draft and review corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes and agreements.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and service providers regarding administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory filings and requirements (FSC, ROC).
• Assist with the organization of board meetings and prepare minutes.
• Accounting:
• Oversee the preparation of client financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounting entries, including bank reconciliations, invoices, and payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory filings and returns.
• Monitor and report on the financial health of clients’ entities.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations.
• Assist with KYC procedures and AML requirements for client entities.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, ICSA, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within financial services or a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Mauritian corporate, regulatory, and tax environment.
• Experience in managing both administrative and accounting tasks.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office Suite.
