SIL is looking for Finance Associate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide support to the Finance Officer/Senior Finance Officer in his/her daily activities;
• Billing to customers & Chasing clients for payment;
• Record receipts and payments;
• VAT returns;
• Project costing/monitoring;
• Bank Reconciliation
• Booking of air tickets and payment of per diem allowance;
• Assist in keeping and maintenance of accounts, registers and other relevant records relating to financial transactions of the Company;
• Maintaining clients’ accounts and suppliers’ accounts;
• Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques;
• Preparation of letters of transfer for overseas payment and performing Bank Reconciliation;
• Operating Petty Cash Account;
• Any other related activities as delegated by the supervisor;
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• HSC with Accounting
• Good working knowledge of Office Package;
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
• Ability to learn job requirements and perform effectively in short time;
• Ability to work under pressure and during odd hours to meet tight deadlines;
• Microsoft Office suite;
• Ability to demonstrate analytical traits;
• Customer focused and dealing with client matters tactfully
