Exciting Opportunity for Recruiter/ Candidate Sourcing Role (fully remote, Mexico)
We are growing our recruiting agency and looking for a Recruiter/ Candidate Sourcer who will help finding qualified candidates for different positons. We mainly work with companies based in the US and Canada. Therefore, you need to be fluent in English and have great communication skills. Previous experience is not required, looking for someone who is curious and open minded.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• Find candidates based on requirements using LinkedIn, Job Boards, social media, and other tools
• You need to have your own LinkedIn account
• Conduct preliminary interviews with the candidates to qualify them
• Send the qualified candidates to the hiring managers
• Build strong relationships with the candidates
• Represent our candidates and find potential hiring managers for them
• You need to be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, have a high speed internet, and a laptop
