Caretaker / Gardener Job nr Ludlow Shropshire - ASAP start - accommodation provided - £24,000 GPA
Our client is looking for a hands on Caretaker / Gardener to look after a large family home near Ludlow. The right candidate will be a versatile, hands on all-rounder who will assist with the running of the house and must have the ability to work alone or as part of a team. Based in rural Shropshire, candidates should be comfortable living in the countryside, and have a proactive approach to work.
Main duties to include:
• Help with gardening
• Assist with looking after pets (including exercising)
• Property and grounds maintenance
• Occasional Driving/Chauffeuring
• Care-taking/security
• Assisting with social events
Candidate Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude
• Will be a confident driver ( Full and clean driving license)
• You will be able to take initiative and manage your own workload
• Experience in a domestic setting is essential
• Be animal friendly
Details:
Live in - essential, with private two bedroom flat within the house - rent and council tax free, utility bills covered by the employer.
08:30 - 17:30 5 days per week, two consecutive days off per week
£24,000 gpa
28 days holiday per year
