We are currently seeking for Chef De Partie’s to join the kitchen team at a wonderful 4-star Hotel & Spa in Ambleside, Cumbria.
Requirements:
● Experienced in a similar role within a similar property
● Prepare all food items as directed in a timely manner
● Follow recipes and presentation specifications
● Be aware that presentation and attention to detail is key
● Ensure the safety, security and appropriate storage, labelling and dating of all food stock following appropriate legislation and company policy.
● Be a team player with good communication, time-keeping and organisational skills
