Are you interested in data integration solutions within the sea logistics industry? Join our dynamic team as a sea logistics data solutions expert and be part of our exciting journey! Your Role
Your primary objective is to design + execute data integrations for customers, as well as continuously seek for improvements in existing processes + systems.
Within sea logistics systems and processes, you will assist our international colleagues in the entire hemisphere Hamburg which includes EMEA and the Indian sub-continent region. • To ensure all customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects are completed successfully.
• To act as solution implementation manager for data integration projects using several kinds of data formats and transmission protocols.
• To ensure that solution design, logical mapping, testing, hyper-care phases, 2nd level support and handover to KN Global Services are executed on a high professional level.
• To foster collaboration with the requirements engineering team to ensure all data integration solutions are connected + End-to-End (E2E) tested with our Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• To guide and consult our customer solution teams to lead technical conversations with customers to understand EDI requirements.
• To ensure coaching, training and supporting of team
members on projects in work stream.
Your Skills and Experiences
• Strong project management skills | classic as well as agile
• Knowledge of EDI, i.e. most common data formats and transmission protocols
• Knowledge across KN operations, i.e. products, services and most important operational systems
Stakeholder management
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Fluency in English is a must.
