We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Business Control Manager to optimize our Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and lead a team of 3 business controllers and revenue assurance specialists. In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
• CPA Analysis: Lead business controllers in gathering data, producing reports, setting KPIs, and identifying risks and opportunities to influence strategic decision-making.
• Business Controller Collaboration: Work closely with business controllers to align on financial strategies and proactively address financial topics with Sales.
• Financial Advisory: Guide the Finance Director and Management Team on CPA reduction strategies, drawing on insights from business controllers.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Lead the reporting exercises (actual, forecast, budget) and work with business controllers to design efficient controlling tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Revenue Assurance: Work alongside business controllers to develop and execute a comprehensive revenue assurance strategy that ensures accuracy and completeness in all revenue-related transactions.
• Error/Fraud Detection: Collaborate with business controllers to identify and mitigate risks, including billing errors, fraud, and revenue leakage.
Requirements:
• A degree in Business, Finance, Audit, or related field (e.g., MSc).
• Proven experience as a manager or team leader, particularly overseeing business controllers.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in finance and/or revenue assurance.
• Bilingual in French-English or Dutch-English preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
