To expand our team we are looking for two Business Analysts and one Tester. These roles are critical as we continue to support our business partners with innovative digital solutions and improvements to our telephony systems.
Workflow management tool in Microsoft Dynamics.
Mission: Our team handles projects from A to Z, with a focus on suggesting and delivering comprehensive digital solutions to streamline operations for our business partners. We work on improving telephony systems and ensuring that our IT department has clear requirements for successful project execution.
• Business Analysts (2 Positions):
• Responsible for the initial analysis of business needs and conceptual solutions.
• Identifying problems, understanding requirements, and proposing viable solutions.
• Collaborating closely with the IT department to ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Supporting the project lifecycle from analysis to release, including follow-up and testing.
• We are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in insurance, though it's not mandatory.
• Tester (1 Position):
• Focused on testing and performing small-scale analysis as part of the project lifecycle.
• Developing and executing test plans, coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with expertise in manual testing using Excel. Familiarity with automation tools is a plus as we investigate automation possibilities.
Languages: Candidates should be proficient in either French or Dutch. A good level of the other language is beneficial, with English as an additional plus but not a necessity.
Working Conditions:
• Teleworking is possible office days are Mondays and Tuesdays.
• The initial contract duration is 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
Project Context: Our ongoing projects are centered around MS Dynamics, where we manage multiple initiatives to enhance our operations. This includes the distribution of emails and telephone calls to our operational teams through a workflow system in MS Dynamics.
Team Dynamics: Our team is composed of several groups, with each Business Analyst responsible for guiding projects from start to finish. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, quick to adapt, and capable of handling challenging requirements while working closely with IT
