THE ROLE
A Senior Associate is sought to join the BVI office.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be undertaking all BVI litigation work, which encompasses shareholder / corporate disputes, contentious insolvency, trusts disputes, fraud and asset tracing, interim injunctions in aid of proceedings / foreign proceedings, recognition of foreign judgements and arbitration awards.
A lawyer in the 7-10pqe range, the salary will depend on the PQE, and there will be relocation assistance.
