Overview
Tek Experts is looking for a Recruiter with the experience needed to develop and execute strategies to proactively identify, engage, and recruit the best-fit talent for Tek Experts’ on-going operations, as well as for critical ad-hoc projects. You will be responsible for monitoring staffing services for the organization, interviewing potential candidates, advising management, and coordinating the onboarding of new employees. The role will operate within the HR unit under the Recruitment Manager and can be based at any Tek Experts location.

Responsibilities
• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, and regular communication with candidates.
• Establish recruiting and applicant requirements by understanding organizational objectives and job descriptions, meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Actively search for resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified CVs for recruitment requirements.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone screening, and shortlist candidates for further process.
• Coordinate with team leaders, directors, and colleagues in other sites to make interview appointments.
• Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
• Manage the posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels.
• Draft employee offers, complete onboarding processes like adding personnel profile management software, and providing recruitment and HR reports as requested.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working in recruitment as an in-house recruiter, headhunter, or within a recruitment agency; experience recruiting in ICT field is preferred.
• Natural networker- loves contacting and meeting new people.
• Strong understanding of MS Office tools.
• Detail-focused and organized.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
