OVERVIEW
We're looking for Customer Service and/or Sales oriented candidates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, schedule flexibility, and an advanced English level (written and spoken).
Our Customer Service and Sales Representatives are organized and proactive, always willing to provide world class assistance to our clients in English or Spanish, solving doubts and providing accurate information about services and products. We exceed our customer's expectations on every contact since Focus is a training oriented company that believes in developing our employees skills and adapts to any product or content update.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Customer Service and Sales Representatives assist customers with their questions and address issues regarding products or services over the phone, through chat, and/or email. They are responsible for providing support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns. They're in charge of answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. They offer account reviews and offer additional products / services to all customers. They handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need. They must have an excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their customers' needs. They should also have excellent listening and problem-solving skills to provide the information or solutions needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• B1+% English level
• Previous call center experience (desirable)
• Schedules Flexibility
• Must be able to type at least 30 wpm
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn/teachable
• Basic computer skills
• Conversational skills
