Join Our Team as an HR Manager!
For over 50 years, G. A. Roe & Sons Ltd. and the Roe Group has been a key player in Belize’s business community, contributing to national growth in insurance, tourism, transportation, and distribution. We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and support our mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead talent management, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs.
• Advise leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
• Safeguard employee data and use HR analytics to improve decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in HR or related field with 5+ years of HR management experience (preferred), or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR systems.
