Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer (.Net framework focused) to join our team, specializing in Web, Mobile, or Blockchain development. In this role, you will focus solely on conducting interviews to secure job placements. You will apply to jobs; but our team will also handle that aspect so you can undergo lots of interviews.
We take full responsibility for any issues related to payment processing, background checks, and project development. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive support during interviews, including access to our AI assistant tool (www.nterview.me). Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive interviews using the provided profiles to secure job placements, ensuring timely communication of outcomes to the team.
• Engage with clients to gather detailed project requirements, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the development team to discuss project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Provide timely updates on interview outcomes, including client feedback and specific requests, to facilitate informed decision-making within the team.
• Offer valuable insights and recommendations regarding project development to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Ability to work with the provided details and adapt communication accordingly.
• Proven experience as a Senior Developer with a minimum of 3 years in Web, Mobile, or Blockchain development.
• .Net Framework and React development experience is a MUST.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster a productive team environment.
• A commitment to being responsive and responsible in all communications with the team.
• Fluent English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Docker and Cloud Services such as AWS and Azure, which can enhance project deployment and management.
• C1 or C2 English Fluency and another language, which may facilitate communication with diverse clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary based on contributions to project success.

• $3,000–$12,000: 20% commission on the salary.
• $12,001 and above: 30% commission on the salary.
