We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Secretary. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both clients and staff.
Job Overview:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. You will manage front desk activities, including greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. Your role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a professional office atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain the reception area ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
• Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Support the office with any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Sixt form diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
