- Greets all guests at any time in a friendly and helpful manner and use guest name at all times.
- Arrive to work punctually as per the roster.- Welcome and register the guest according to the procedures.- Always keeps high standard of behavior and appearance as expected by Hotel guests and employees alike.- Attends to guest complaint, inquiries and request when necessary referring them to the Duty Manager, Front Office Manager.- Reports any hazard to health or safety immediately to Front Office Manager or any other appropriate Department Head.- Be familiar with all Accounting Standards and Procedures pertaining to room’s revenue and advise staff concerned to adhere to the in daily operations.
