Our client is a global food manufacturing company in Thailand. The company is now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Brand Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
• Crafting and executing a channel marketing strategy to drive profitable growth and customer dedication.
• Partnering with marketing and communications teams and sales leadership teams to establish business plans and marketing opportunities to enable an outstanding customer experience to deliver valuable offerings for customers and prospects.
• Planning, executing and measuring marketing strategies, promotions, and annual plans for a customer or specific channels to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing team and sales leadership, aligning marketing initiatives with channel value propositions, plans, and goals, and ensuring marketing offerings support the customer.
• Acting as a project manager ensuring magnificent and timely execution of key customer or channel initiatives based on priorities established through the business planning process.
• Building and developing own brand portfolio with marketing plans for short- and long-term plans.
• Developing and implementing new product launches and coming up with innovative ideas to drive brand growth.
• Creating end-to-end marketing activities and initiative campaigns. Lead the brand’s day-to-day operational activities including monitoring brand/product performance on a monthly and quarterly basis and taking action.
• Planning and executing go-to-market plans [launch & roll-out plan] that aligned with overall business priorities with partners and help the sales team achieve business objectives.
• Building a productive working relationships with internal parties (e.g. Research & development, Pricing, Sales, Insight, Regulatory, and Supply Chain) and external partners (e.g. agencies, suppliers)
• Demonstrating deep knowledge of customer priorities to help identify areas where additional customer profitability and brand growth can be achieved.
• Supervising channel performance and metrics and serving as the feedback loop from sales and customers to resolve efficiency of initiatives and include promotional efficacy to improve return on investment.
• Evaluating and modifying promotion or advertising programs.
• Ensuring effective communication and marketing plans for digital/online channels.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business related or equivalent experience,
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver timely projects within budget guidelines
• Experience executing consumer, channel, and/or customer-specific campaigns and promotions
• At least 3-5 years of marketing, brand, or product management experience
• Background in FMCG or Food experience is a must.
• Experience with both B2C, B2C
• Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus
