As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Go-to-Market to join they SEA team and lead their global market strategies.

Position Overview:

The Head of Go-to-Market will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive the successful launch and growth of their products in Thailand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in market analysis, product positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the consumer goods industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
• Selecting best fit local distributors to partner with and manage the business relationship to acheive the best possible business results for a sustainable growth
• Develop and implement global go-to-market strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Define target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning for new and existing products.

Product Launches:
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
• Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introduction and market penetration.

Market Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in global markets and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market performance and strategic initiatives.

Customer Engagement:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a high-performing go-to-market team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Qualifications:
• Strong experiences of working with local distributors in Thailand is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related roles in the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in global markets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
