You’ll make a difference in:
• Drive Business Excellence Initiatives: Lead and support business excellence activities to enhance performance within your designated area of responsibility.
• Analyze and Improve: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business strengths and weaknesses, identify areas for improvement, and support cross-functional target setting to achieve business goals.
• Implement Excellence Approaches: Apply and promote the use of Business Excellence methods and tools from the BE Toolbox, providing coaching and training for teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Develop Tools and Guidelines: Act as a subject matter expert in evolving the BE Toolbox and related guidelines, contributing to the development of new methods and best practices.
• Facilitate Best Practice Sharing: Encourage the sharing of best practices within the organization and across business units to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide transparency on project status and progress, contributing to the development of clear, effective communication and reporting strategies.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
• Proven experience in driving business excellence or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Proficiency in business excellence methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for coaching, training, and sharing best practices.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and drive cross-functional improvement projects.
