Overview of the Role
We are seeking a Group Talent Manager to join our Corporate HR team, located in Bangkok. This is a management-level role and requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the RMA Group to help recruit the best talent for our organization. Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in identifying and nurturing talent across our global group.
Please note that due to the international nature of the role, excellent written and spoken English skills are a critical requirement for this role (TOEIC 900, IELTS 8.0 and above as a guide).
Key Objectives
• Be responsible for Group HQ, and senior management recruitment across the globe (the latter in conjunction with the GM of Talent).
• Work with stakeholders on the recruitment validation process to ensure the right fit for the function, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for RMA’s global headquarters in Bangkok.
• Onboard new hires to ensure an engaging welcome for those joining RMA.
• Be the subject matter expert of the recruitment system.
• Identify high-potential talent across the global group and train regional HR teams on talent identification, management, and succession planning processes.
• Develop and deploy employee development programs, which may include training and other L&D-related interventions.
• Create dashboards and report on recruitment, L&D, and talent metrics.
• Work with Group Marketing to manage employee branding initiatives to enhance RMA’s position as a global employer of choice.
• Administrative management, which would include finalizing agreements with recruitment companies and L&D administration.
Background and Experience
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with a large part of that experience working for multinational companies.
• A demonstrated passion for learning about Talent Development and identification, even if covered only in some capacity. HR Generalists are encouraged to apply.
• A solid background in successfully recruiting for management positions, both within and outside of Thailand.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for talent (including proactive reach-outs) through LinkedIn and other professional recruiting platforms.
• Highly IT savviness with a willingness to develop these skills further (such as in areas of AI, digital transformation, and HRIS).
• Excellent English, both verbal and written (TOEIC 900, IELTS 8.0 and above as a guide).
• A degree in business, HR, or related areas.

• The ability to work autonomously, without close supervision.
• A willingness to challenge the status quo and improve processes.
• The ability and courage to challenge senior management on areas related to recruitment and general HR topics – we want someone who won’t shy away from having difficult and potentially challenging conversations
