In-charge of Shopee KOL Affiliate acquisition campaigns that aim to onboard more and quality affiliates that will contribute to Shopee traffic and order generationPropose acquisition strategies and plans which will contribute to the growth of the Shopee KOL Affiliate program and the businessLiaise and work with internal and external teams to come up with insightful acquisition campaign ideas and how to operationalize and track performance Regularly process and analyze Shopee KOL Affiliate acquisition performance data for reporting purposes, planning and strategy and evaluation of programs Expected to present output to relevant stakeholdersManages contracts, communications, payment, and targets of external partnersReport to Influencer Team Acquisition Sublead and Performance Team Lead, and attend regular team meetings
