Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound
• Monitoring of all inbound shipments based on the post-alert provided by the accounts.
• Responsible in processing the inbound through system.
• Ensure accuracy of the data need to input in the system.
• Ensure to capture all inbound irregularities and report to the accounts immediately.
• Updating to system of stocks put away by the Operators.
Outbound
• Ensures all items are in good condition
• Ensures all items are in exact quantity based on invoices
• Ensures all invoice need to be delivered are endorsed to Truckers
• Ensures all priority delivery are coordinated with CSD, and Warehouse Team
• Report any discrepancies between loadlist and physical stocks
Qualifications Needed
• At least College Graduate or Level - preferred course - B.S Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience
• Can express thoughts both verbal and in writing
• Good Comprehension Skills
• Has knowledge and can perform basic computer applications
• With a can do personality and positive disposition
• Pro-active
• Possess technical competencies on Warehouse Management and Transport Operations
